Meet Temsulivan Alyda: a second-semester student at ELTE, all the way from Laos.

When I told her I was making this website and it might feature her, she had a very specific request - quoted verbatim in the banner above. So here it is, officially documented on the internet: Alyda is very cute, she is very fun, and she is very intelligent. (She said it herself. I am just the messenger.)

From Laos to Budapest

Laos is a landlocked country in Southeast Asia, known for its mountainous terrain, French colonial architecture, and the Mekong River. Coming from there to study at one of Central Europe’s oldest universities is genuinely impressive.

Budapest, Hungary, is where ELTE is based - a city famous for its thermal baths, ruin bars, and the beautiful Danube running through it. Quite a change of scenery from Laos.

The fact that Alyda made this journey, settled in, and is thriving in the CS programme says everything you need to know about her character. The self-certified adjectives are absolutely earned.
